T1International empowers grassroots leaders to fight for affordable insulin and diabetes care—free from pharmaceutical industry influence. Through advocacy training, mentoring and peer support, we help them build local networks and Chapters that push for real policy action. Our advocacy programs have reached 20+ countries, with materials downloaded and used in over 30 countries and translated into 10 languages.

We never accept funding from the pharma, ensuring our work remains truly independent. This allows us to amplify the voices of people with diabetes, push for policy change, and hold decision-makers accountable.
