For over a decade, T1International's Out-of-Pocket Expenses and Rationing Survey has captured the real cost of living with diabetes across the globe, in countries where the question of access looks very different, but the consequences of failure are exactly the same. This year, our Research Fellows, thirteen women from seven countries, will conduct the sixth survey.

We know that to change a problem, we have to be able to measure it, and that accurate data combined with powerful stories is how we move people to take real action on this crisis of access and affordability.
